Week 4 - Practice

• In Week 4, I want you to dedicate your focus to what you have learned so far. Practice refactoring your week using the VR form.

• At this point most people are feeling distracted by email. We will tackle that next week.

• This is a good time to review the Lessons 310 - Journals and Logs, 410 - Tactical Support, and 510 - Your Visual Week videos to help insure that you have picked out the best practices.

• This is also a good week to ask questions. Take a look at the FAQ or use our comments link which is in the footer of every page.
